The equipment for filming
2-3 HD DSLR cameras like Canon 5D mark II or Canon 7D
Proffesional lences like Canon 50mm F1.2 and so on...
Tripods, Slider, camera crane, Steady-System...
Equipment costs are more than 15.000 Euros / 20.000 $
Preparations
2 hours of meeting with bride and groom, discussion of the daily routine.
1 hour of visit always, church, civil registry office, restaurant
1 hour of meeting with the pastor, the restaurant manager
1 hours of removing of the route those will take of the wedding carriages.
The wedding day
08:00 invitations of the equipment and journey
09:00 hairdressers
10:30 beauticians
11:30 dressing of the bride and the bridegroom
13:00 civil registry office
14:00 preparations in the church
15:00 weddings in the church
15:45 festivities before the church
16:00 drive to the restaurant
16:30 data backup on additional storage media
17:00 greetings and reception of the guests
18:00 dinner - time fo a break
19:45 preparations to the evening arrangement
20:00 evening arrangements
24:00 veil-dances
01:00 drive back to the office
Postproduction
Highlight-film 3-4 minutes
3 hours sight of the single clips and choice of the best scenes
1 hour of music choice
4 hours of cut
4 hours of color grading
1 hour for the final movie in 3 formats and on DVD
Wedding film with evening arrangement 7-10 minutes
1 hour of music choice
6 hours of cut
6 hours of color grading and special effects
1 hour for the final socket in 3 formats and DVD
1 hour of delivery with the bride and groom
Whole effort approx. 45-50 hours
16 hours extra costs per assistant or camera man.

Since 2009 i use the Canon DSLR Cameras for the perfect film look, here my equipment.
